HYVIA is above all a human adventure. Started in June 2021 with a dozen employees, we now have a team of 100 enthusiasts, who work every day to shape the mobility of tomorrow, a green and decarbonized mobility.
The team, today mostly made up of technical profiles, continues to grow by welcoming new collaborators committed to developing high-tech projects.
HYVIA is also committed to promoting equal opportunities, and scored 81/100 on the gender equality index.
This score is based on the calculation of several indicators:
– Pay gap (31 points obtained),
– Gap in individual pay rises (35 points obtained),
– Employees with pay rises (15 points obtained),
– Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners.
With a view to perfecting these results, two main areas of improvement are planned for 2024: Eliminating unjustified pay inequalities and starting negotiations on a Professional Equality agreement between women and men.
